The Registrar’s Office is the administrative body responsible for all academic control of the College, assisting faculty members, students’ body and the community at large.

Services are offered in person, by phone or via email. Among the services are:

• Customer Service for students and future candidates; and if necessary, they will be directed to the proper office;
• Enrollment, issue of certificates, statements, transcripts and curriculum; specific information of academic order such as dropping or changing a course, schedule changes, graduation, withdrawals, among others;
• Customer Service for alumni: issue of diplomas, certificates, statements and other documents related to the time the alumnus was enrolled in the College;
• Customer service for Professors: class journals, information on the academic status of students and other documents related to teaching in the College;
• Information and advertisement of courses offered by FACENS at undergraduate and graduate levels, extension, and extracurricular courses.
